Most of our teams are part of a wider org. But what if your team was a stand-alone business? What if you had customers paying for your service, and investors seeking a return? Would they be happy? How would you know?

In larger organisations, we can learn a lot from the behaviours, attitudes and challenges of smaller companies. While listening to this talk, pretend your team is a start up.
